The Springfest Car Show is proudly sponsored by the Belle Community Betterment Association and the Hooligan Car Club. All proceeds will fund a college scholarship awarded by BCBA and the Hooligan Car Club. Graduating Maries R-2 students pursuing further education are eligible to apply.
