The BCBA was excited to host a recent ribbon cutting with Heavenly Homemade in Belle, owned by Corina Jacquin.
Heavenly Homemade is located at 316 S. Alvarado Ave, which has hosted many businesses throughout its history.
“We call this building the old Ford building,” said Corina. “It housed and manufactured Ford vehicles. The center part was the assembly line, while the front part (where my store is) was the showroom. After that, this building has been many different businesses, including a pharmacy, auction house, and laundry mat.
My grandparents owned the building, and my grandpa Jim did many of the repairs himself. My parents purchased the building right before my grandma Delpha passed away three years ago. This building has been in my family for decades, and I am so excited and humbled to be able to purchase it from my parents.”
Heavenly Homeday will feature homemade bath products, candles, wax melts, as well as inclusive clothing.
“I cannot wait to see you walk through my doors and allow me to help you pick out the perfect products, handmade by me!”
Store hours are Friday-Monday, from 12 p.m.-6 p.m.
