The Belle Community Betterment Association (BCBA) started in 2016 with a passion that brewed deep within a few community members.
You’ve heard the saying, “It takes a village.” It’s true, especially when it comes to building and maintaining a healthy community. In a small town of approximately 1500 citizens, we need as many invested community members as we can get.
